  • District-managed devices will automatically connect to the appropriate network listed below. Staff should submit a ticket if they run into any issues.

    • MacBooks → AISD-Staff

    • iPads → AISD-Utility

    • Chromebooks → Chrome

    Personal devices should connect to the BYOD network.

  • Students are issued a Google account and can log into a Chromebook within one hour of enrolling. ClassLink updates curriculum and program rosters overnight; however, some vendor systems may take up to 48 hours to reflect new student data.

    • PK - 2nd Grade → Classroom Set of 6 (Stays at School)

    • 3rd - 5th Grade → 1-to-1 (Stays at school)

    • 6th - 12th Grade → 1-to-1 (Goes Home)
