Argyle ISD uses PaperCut to manage and track printing on copy machines in various locations. PaperCut uses a virtual queue, so users can release their print job at any PaperCut enabled copier across the district. The instructions below will guide you through using PaperCut at the copy machine.
SIGNING IN TO THE COPIER
Tap the screen to wake the copier, and then scan or type your Employee ID when prompted. If typed, your Employee ID should be six-digits with leading zeros. For example, if you Employee ID is 123, you would type 000123.

SENDING A PRINT JOB
When printing from your computer, be sure to select either “PaperCut-Print-B&W” or “PaperCut-Print-Color”.

RELEASING PRINT JOBS
Tap “Print All” to release all print jobs or tap “Print Release” to select only certain jobs. An option to print double-sided or in grayscale is present on the “Print Release” screen. Print jobs will be deleted if not released within two hours.

Tap "Device Functions”, then “Copy”. To return to the PaperCut menu, tap “PaperCut MF”.

SCAN TO MY EMAIL
Tap “Scan” then “Scan to My Email” to send yourself scanned files. The “To," “Subject,” and “Filename” fields will be prepopulated.

LOGGING OUT
Users are automatically signed out after one minute of inactivity. Additionally, you can click “Log Out” to do so manually.

SCAN TO GOOGLE DRIVE
Tap “Scan” then “Scan to Google Drive” to send scanned files directly to Google Drive. PLEASE NOTE: The first time you scan a document to Google Drive, you will be prompted to give PaperCut permission via an email that is sent after clicking “Start Scanning.”
