FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Staff should be connected to the AISD-###-Staff network, where ### is your campus’s abbreviation. Once connected, you will be prompted to enter a password. You’ll want to enter GoEagles23 and then you will be prompted to login using your AISD Google account.

  • No - Because we utilize automation that references data provided by HR, your AISD email and account name must match your legal name.

  • Feel free to backup any files you need to your AISD Google Drive. Instructions on how to do so can be found here.

  • To enroll in Google 2-Step Verification, click here and follow the prompts. 2-Step Verification is required for all AISD Staff and must be completed within two weeks of your Google account creation.
